1. Current asset stage
CarePilot is offered as a pre-revenue software asset. The archive contains advanced functional-alpha and private-beta wording. The site does not promise a public launch, uninterrupted operation, completed features or suitability for production use.
2. Product purpose
The intended product purpose is family-care coordination: tasks, appointments, notes, documents, shared responsibilities, source-aware suggestions and reviewable workflows for adults caring for ageing parents.
3. No medical service
CarePilot is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnosis service, treatment service, prescribing service or continuous emergency-monitoring service. Users must check care information against original instructions and qualified professionals.
4. Human review responsibility
Suggestions created from messages, documents or AI processing must be reviewed before saving, sharing or acting on them. The implementation is designed to route protected actions through permissions and trusted controllers, but production behaviour must be verified.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to access another family’s data, bypass security controls, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, harass others or use the product to make unauthorised decisions for another individual.
6. Acquisition materials
Website descriptions and due-diligence files are informational. They do not create an assignment of intellectual property, warranty, support obligation, exclusivity or binding sale. Those terms require a signed written agreement.
7. Changes and availability
Features, pricing and transfer scope may change before a signed transaction. The seller may correct factual errors or remove materials that cannot be transferred.
8. Governing terms
The governing law, warranties, liabilities, payment terms, delivery method, source acceptance and post-sale support must be defined in the final acquisition agreement.
