CarePilot is designed to help families coordinate care-related work. It may organise information, prepare questions, keep source links and support family communication.
2. No diagnosis or treatment
CarePilot and Nura do not diagnose conditions, interpret symptoms as a clinician, select treatments, prescribe medication or recommend medication or dosage changes.
3. No professional relationship
Using the product does not create a doctor–patient, pharmacist–patient, lawyer–client or other professional relationship. Qualified professionals remain responsible for professional advice and decisions.
4. Original-source verification
Family members should verify care information against the original document, professional instruction or responsible person. OCR output, extracted text and AI-prepared suggestions can contain errors.
5. Emergency boundary
CarePilot is not an emergency service and does not continuously monitor a person, device or environment. In an urgent situation, users should contact the local emergency service or an appropriate qualified professional.
6. Buyer production obligations
Before public release, the buyer should review all medical-adjacent language, emergency flows, escalation copy, accessibility, local emergency references and intended-use statements for each target jurisdiction.
