1. Asset status
CarePilot is offered as a pre-revenue software asset with an asking price of USD 2,400. Serious, reasonable offers may be considered. The website is an invitation to discuss a transaction, not a binding offer.
2. Intended package
The intended transfer package includes the verified transferable Flutter/Dart source, Firebase Functions and rules source, project-owned visual assets, product and architecture documents, tests, golden screenshots, the interactive demo and handover documentation.
3. Exclusions
Personal accounts, email accounts, payment accounts, private credentials, API keys, service-account files, signing keys and non-transferable third-party services are excluded. Firebase project ownership is not assumed to transfer unless separately verified and completed.
4. Intellectual-property verification
The buyer should verify authorship, contributor rights, third-party packages, licences, brand clearance and ownership of every material asset. Exclusive rights arise only through a signed written assignment covering verified rights.
5. No implied warranties
No warranty of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, security, compliance, production readiness, user demand, revenue or uninterrupted operation is made on this site. Final warranties, if any, must appear in the acquisition agreement.
6. Due diligence
Available materials include a source inventory and due-diligence summary. A serious buyer may request further source review, file hashes, transfer scope clarification and reasonable technical questions before contracting.
7. Transition and support
No ongoing maintenance, deployment, migration or support is included unless expressly added to the signed agreement. Any handover session, correction window or post-sale assistance should be priced and described separately.
